Connecting your Zoom account

Connect your Zoom account if you want the Coffee note taker to automatically join Zoom meetings

ℹ️ Coffee automatically recognizes Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom meeting links in your Google Calendar. For Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings, the Coffee note taker will join automatically. For Zoom meetings, you need to also authenticate your Zoom account. Otherwise, the meeting bot will have to be manually admitted by the meeting host each time.

Connecting your Zoom account

Follow the steps below to get connected:

  1. Hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Under Video Conferencing, click “Connect Zoom

  4. You’ll be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection

  5. Make sure you’re signed in with the Zoom account you use for meetings

  6. Click Allow to confirm


You’re all set!

Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message.

*You can disconnect anytime by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the Zoom logo and selecting "Disconnect."
