ℹ️ Coffee automatically recognizes Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom meeting links in your Google Calendar. For Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings, the Coffee note taker will join automatically. For Zoom meetings, you need to also authenticate your Zoom account. Otherwise, the meeting bot will have to be manually admitted by the meeting host each time.
How to connect your Zoom account
Follow these steps to authorize the connection:
Click on Settings in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
Select Accounts from the sidebar menu.
Click Connect next to the Zoom integration option.
You will be redirected to Zoom; sign in with the Zoom account you use for your professional meetings.
Click Allow to confirm and authorize the Coffee connection.
