There are several ways to remove the Coffee bot from a meeting or prevent it from joining a meeting in the first place.
Remove the bot from a meeting in progress
To remove a bot from a meeting in progress, you can either turn off the "Recording" toggle next to the meeting in your Today page.
Or you can use the built-in features of Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams to remove the bot from there.
ℹ️ To remove a participant from a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting you need to be the meeting host.
Remove the bot from a Zoom meeting
Click "Participants".
Find the bot.
Click "More" next to the bot's name and then "Remove".
Remove the bot from a Google Meet meeting
At the bottom right of your Meet, click "Show everyone".
Next to the bot name click "More actions".
Select Remove from the call.
Remove the bot from a Microsoft Teams meeting
In the meeting window, click the "Participants" icon to see all of the attendees.
Right-click the name of the Coffee bot.
In the drop-down menu, choose "Remove".
Remove the bot from a specific upcoming meeting
To remove a bot from an upcoming meeting, in your Today page, turn off the "Recording" toggle next to the meeting.
Remove the bot from all meetings
To remove the bot from all future meetings follow these steps:
Go to settings
Under Video Conferencing, next to Zoom, click on the settings icon.
⚠️ Follow this step even if you use Google Meet or Teams for meetings.Change "Record external meetings" to "Record no meetings"
