Coffee

Add your company knowledge to Coffee Intelligence so AI suggestions stay relevant and accurate across meetings, emails, and deals.

Customize your workspace with Coffee Intelligence

Automate deal, pipeline, and prospect workflows with a pre-made starter agent or one you build yourself in plain language.

Building custom AI agents

Choose when a Coffee agent runs: on an event like a deal stage change, or on a schedule like every weekday at 9am.

Agent triggers and schedules

Use Test to run an agent on your real Coffee data before you create it. Nothing is sent, posted, or changed.

Testing an agent before you turn it on

See the data an agent can access and the actions it can take, from Slack messages to safety rails that protect your records.

What agents can read and do

Browse Coffee's pre-built starter agents for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, with their default triggers and what each one does.

Starter agents by role

Fix common agent problems in Coffee: no Slack post, no email, a missed trigger, a partial run, or a missing starter.

Troubleshooting agents

Track your Coffee credit usage, see which activities consume credits, and understand how credits differ from agents you build on the Agents page.

Reviewing AI credits’ usage

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
