This article helps you track your Coffee credit balance, understand what consumes credits, and check your renewal date.
Credits are separate from the agents you build yourself on the Agents page. See "Do agents I build use credits?" below if you're unsure which one applies to you.
Credit consumption rates
Credits are deducted based on the following actions:
Meetings: 10 credits per meeting.
Deals: Deals: 10 credits per deal tracked. A deal costs 10 credits once per billing period, no matter how often the Deal Agent updates it. The count starts over when your next billing period begins.
AI Fields: 10 credits per AI field generated per record.
Lead Generation: 10 credits per net new lead produced (both in Lead Finder and through your Visitor's ID ICP).
Am I charged every time a deal is tracked?
No. Each deal costs 10 credits once per billing period. The Deal Agent can update the same deal many times in that period and it still counts once. A deal is charged only when the Deal Agent actually updates it. The count starts over when your next billing period begins.
Do agents I build use credits?
No. "Agent" means two different things in Coffee, and they're billed differently:
Agents you build on the Agents page — starter agents and custom agents you create yourself — do not consume credits.
Agent credits, covered in this article, meter four always-on Coffee features that run automatically: Meeting, Deal, AI Field, and Lead Generation (which also covers Visitor ID).
Allowance per workspace
Your monthly credit allowance is based on the number of seats in your workspace times the number of monthly or annual credits included per seat . Adding or removing a seat changes your total allowance from your next renewal.
If you see a low-credit warning, it refers only to these metered features. It has no effect on any agent you've built on the Agents page. Those keep running regardless of your credit balance.
How do I view my credit usage?
Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner.
Select Settings.
Click on Billing.
Review the Credits used section to see your current consumption.
When do my credits renew?
Renewal Cycle: Your credit balance resets every month or every year (if paying annually).
Renewal Date: You can find your specific renewal date listed in the Billing section next to your credit totals.
