Using the Lead Finder to find new companies or contacts

Build targeted lists using Coffee’s database to power your outreach or research.

You can use Coffee’s database to discover and save companies and leads that match your ideal customer profile and buyer persona.

Lead finder people lists is a paid feature
When you search for leads, this action is charged to your account. You’ll always see the cost before the charge is applied, so you can review and confirm before proceeding. Company lists are free.


Access the lead finder

Go to the Lead Finder located in the left sidebar of your dashboard.


Choose your search type

Select whether you want to search for People or Companies using the toggle at the top of the search interface.

  • People: Use this to find specific roles or decision makers.

  • Companies: Use this to find organizations that match your target profile.


You can find leads by typing in natural language criteria or by using manual filters:

  • Natural Language: Type in a description of the leads you want (e.g., "VPs of Sales at SaaS companies with 50-200 employees").

  • Manual Criteria: Use specific search fields to narrow down results by industry, geography, or job title.


Preview your results

Click Preview Results to see a sample of the companies and contacts that match your criteria. This allows you to verify the quality of the data before committing credits.


Build your new list

When you are satisfied with the results, you can generate your final list:

  1. Check your available credit balance.

  2. Use existing credits or purchase additional credits if needed.

  3. Click the button to build your list from the found leads.
