Customize your workspace with Coffee Intelligence

Add your company knowledge to Coffee Intelligence so AI suggestions stay relevant and accurate across meetings, emails, and deals.

Intelligence is a workspace-level feature that acts as a central source of truth for your business. The information you add here is used by Coffee's AI to personalize suggestions across meetings, email drafts, deal updates, and Ask AI.

ℹ️ Note: Only Owners or Admins can view or edit Intelligence data.

Accessing Intelligence

To open Intelligence:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Select Intelligence.


Core sections of Intelligence

Intelligence is organized into two tabs: Knowledge and Meetings

Knowledge

The Knowledge tab is where you define everything Coffee needs to know about your business. Use the Knowledge area dropdown to select a category and add or edit content for each one.

The available categories are:

  • Company — Describe what your company does and the core problems it solves.

  • Products & Services — Detail the products or services you offer.

  • Value Propositions — List the key outcomes that differentiate your business.

  • Ideal Customer Profile — Define your target industries, company sizes, geographies, and pain points.

  • Buyer Personas — Describe specific roles you sell to, including their goals and common objections.

  • Competitors — List your main competitors and how you differentiate from them.

  • Geographies & Industries — Specify what regions and verticals you sell into.

  • Custom knowledge — Create additional categories for anything not covered above (e.g., Pricing, Objections, Case studies).

To add or update a knowledge category:

  1. Select the Knowledge tab inside Intelligence.

  2. Click the Knowledge area dropdown and select a category.

  3. Coffee will automatically generate knowledge fpr your company, if available.

  4. Otherwise, you can click Generate with AI to have Coffee draft a starting point.

  5. Review and edit the content as needed.

  6. Click Save Changes.

To add a custom knowledge category:

  1. Click the Knowledge area dropdown.

  2. Select + Add custom knowledge

  3. Enter a name for the new category (e.g., Pricing, Objections, Case studies).

  4. Click Add.

  5. Add your content in the text field that appears.

  6. Click Save Changes.

You can also attach a file to any knowledge area by clicking Attach file below the text field.

Meetings

This tab controls how AI structures your meeting briefings and summaries. Both settings apply to everyone in the workspace.

  • Meeting Briefing — Controls what's included in the pre-meeting briefing (e.g. attendee background, deal context, company news).

  • Meeting Summary — Controls what's included in the post-meeting summary (e.g. key decisions, action items, deal updates).

Each setting uses the General template by default. To edit the current one, click Edit Template below the section list.

How Intelligence is used

The information in the Intelligence section is used to tailor several parts of your Coffee experience, including briefings, summaries, email drafts and answers to Ask AI questions.
