Customize your workspace with Coffee Intelligence

Define your company positioning and deal logic in Coffee Intelligence to ensure AI suggestions are highly relevant and personalized.

Intelligence is a workspace-level feature that acts as a central source of truth for your business details. By defining your company description, value propositions, and target audience, you provide the necessary context for Coffee’s AI to generate personalized suggestions across the platform.

ℹ️ Note: Only Owners or Admins can view or edit Intelligence data.

Accessing Intelligence

To update your workspace context:

  1. Click on Settings.

  2. Select Intelligence.


Core sections of Intelligence

The Intelligence profile is divided into three primary categories: Positioning, Meetings, and Deals.

1. Positioning

This section defines how Coffee understands your business. It includes:

  • Company Description: What your company does and the core problems it solves.

  • Value Propositions: The 3–5 key outcomes that differentiate your business.

  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Target industries, geographies, and pain points.

  • Buyer Personas: Specific roles, including their goals and common objections.

  • Competitors: Your main competitors and key differentiators.

To update your positioning:

  1. Select the Positioning tab inside Intelligence.

  2. Click into any text field to manually enter your content.

  3. Alternatively, click Regenerate with AI next to a specific section to have Coffee draft the content for you.

  4. Review the text and make manual edits to ensure accuracy.

  5. Click Save changes.

2. Meetings

This section manages how AI handles your calls and briefings. It includes:

  • Templates: Access pre-existing briefing and summary templates.

  • Custom Templates: Create new templates tailored to your specific meeting types.

3. Deals

Control how AI interacts with your sales pipeline.

  • Suggest deal updates: Enable this to allow Coffee to automatically suggest deal creation or updates when they are discussed in meetings or emails.


How Intelligence is used

The information in the Intelligence section is used to tailor several parts of your Coffee experience, including briefings, summaries, email drafts and answers to Ask AI questions.
