Once you’ve synced your Google or Microsoft account, Coffee starts syncing your contacts, companies, emails, and meetings. Your Today page is where you can see your meetings and tasks for the day.
Meetings
Your meeting timeline is split between past and future sessions to help you track history and prepare for what is next.
Past meetings
For any meeting that has already concluded, you can access a full suite of AI-generated documentation:
Summary: A concise AI-generated recap of the discussion.
Recording: Full media playback of the meeting and a shareable transcript.
Notes: AI-generated detailed notes + any manual notes taken during the call.
Email: A drafted email ready for you to review and send to participants.
Tasks: A list of action items for you identified by Coffee's AI.
Future meetings
For upcoming sessions, the Today page provides the tools needed for seamless preparation:
Join: Shortcut to start your video call
Record : Ability to toggle whether the meeting should be recorded (all external meetings are recorded by default, unless you change the settings).
Notes: A dedicated space for your pre-meeting thoughts or agenda.
Briefing: AI generated overview containing attendee and company profiles, and summary of prior interactions.
ℹ️ Coffee provides default templates for summaries and briefings, but you can also create your own custom templates in the Intelligence section of your Settings if you're an Admin or Owner.
Tasks
The tasks section displays all items assigned to you for the current day. This allows you to manage your workload directly alongside your meeting schedule. You can edit tasks, change due dates or priority, and mark them as done.
