Meeting Summaries

Access AI-generated meeting notes, summaries, recordings, transcripts, and follow-up email drafts in Coffee to stay on top of your action items.

Updated over a week ago

After a meeting ends, Coffee automatically creates follow-ups to help you take action right away.

Where to find meeting summaries

You can access your meeting summaries in several locations:

  • Today page: View summaries for meetings when you view dates in the past.

  • Meetings and Notes page: Access a full chronological list of all past meetings you've recorded in the sidebar.

  • Associated profiles: Summaries are automatically attached to the specific Company and People involved in the meeting.

To see past meetings on your Today page:

  1. Go to the Today tab.

  2. Click Past.

What is included in a summary

Each meeting entry provides a comprehensive overview of the session:

  1. AI Summary: A high-level overview of the key discussion points.

  2. Recording and transcript: The full video/audio record and a searchable text version of the conversation, along with a speaker breakdown.

  3. Notes: This includes both AI-generated notes and any notes you created manually during or after the session.

  4. Follow-up email draft: A ready-to-use email draft based on the meeting context.

  5. Suggested tasks: AI-identified action items that you can quickly add to your task list.

Collaborative meetings

If two or more Coffee users are in the same meeting, only one Coffee bot will join the call to represent both users. The resulting summary and data will be available to all people in the workspace who were in that meeting.
