Integrating HubSpot to Coffee

Steps to connect HubSpot CRM to Coffee

Initial HubSpot Sync

  1. Hover over Admin (bottom left) and click Integrations

  2. Next to HubSpot, click Connect

  3. Grant Permissions

    • You’ll be redirected to HubSpot.

    • Approve all requested permissions.

    • The initial sync from HubSpot to Coffee will sync all the standard contact, company and deal fields.

    • The initial sync may take a few hours to complete. You will receive an email when the sync is complete.

✨ That's it! HubSpot is now connected to Coffee.

  • The sync will import all your contacts, companies and deals into Coffee, including pipeline stage names.

  • Once connected, Coffee will pull information from HubSpot daily.

  • To check sync status, click View sync log at the top right of this page.

Adjust Sync Options

  1. Click the three dots to the right of your HubSpot to see more options:

    • Sync: Select Sync to update with the latest information. Coffee automatically syncs the previous day’s data, but you can use this option to get current data instantly.

    • Settings: Under Settings, choose your sync direction:

      • HubSpot → Coffee

      • Coffee → HubSpot

      • Map the fields you want to sync in each direction.

    • Disconnect: Disconnect your HubSpot account at any time.


Field Mapping Defaults

  • By default, Coffee maps all Company, Person, and Deal fields from HubSpot to Coffee.

  • You can adjust these mappings and add custom fields.

  • By default, no fields will sync from Coffee to HubSpot until you configure them.
