Integrating Salesforce to Coffee

Connect Salesforce to Coffee to sync person, company and deal data.

1. Authorize the connection

  1. Click on Settings in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select Integrations from the sidebar menu.

  3. Search for Salesforce and click Connect.

  4. You will be redirected to Salesforce. Sign in and approve all requested permissions to return to Coffee.

2. Configure your sync settings

Follow the steps in the setup wizard to map your data correctly:

  1. Select a time range: Choose how far back Coffee should pull existing data from your Salesforce account.

  2. Select stages: Choose the specific opportunity stages you want Coffee to import.

  3. Choose sync direction: Set the sync interval and define whether data flows one-way or bi-directionally.

  4. Map fields: Match your Salesforce fields to the corresponding data points in Coffee. Coffee will sync all the standard person, company and deal fields by default, but you can turn off individual fields or entire blocks of fields and add additional fields as well.

  5. Review: You will see the total number of records that will be synced based on your selections. Confirm your configuration and click Begin sync.

The initial sync may take up to several hours. You will receive an email notification once the initial synchronization is complete.
