Using Coffee with ChatGPT

Connect Coffee to ChatGPT so you can ask questions about your pipeline, activities, and customers, right from the chat.

Updated over 3 months ago

In this article, we'll go through the steps to integrate Coffee to ChatGPT and get information from your Coffee account in just a few seconds.

Note: In Business, Enterprise, and Edu ChatGPT workspaces, only workspace owners, admins, and users with the respective setting enabled (for Enterprise/Edu) can add custom connectors. Users with a regular ChatGPT member role do not have the ability to add custom connectors themselves.

Once a connector is added and enabled by an owner or admin user, it becomes available for all members of the workspace to use.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Go to chatgpt.com and sign in.

  2. Click the “+” next to the message boxUse connectors

  3. Next to Connected apps, click Add sources Connect more.

  4. Click Create (top-right).

  5. On the New Connector screen:

    1. Add the Name → Coffee

    2. Input the MCP Server URL: https://mcp.prd.coffee.work/mcp/

    3. Leave the other fields as they are

    4. Check the box Trust this application

    5. Click Create

  6. On the Coffee consent screen, click Accept.

🚀 That's it! You have now connected Coffee to ChatGPT. To start using it, follow these steps:

  1. Back in ChatGPT, refresh the screen

  2. In Settings → Connectors, if you see a red notice, click Refresh again.

    • You should now see Passed under Safety Scan

    • Click the X at the top left to close settings.

  3. Enable Coffee in your chat:

    1. In your conversation, click + → Connectors

    2. Add sources

    3. Toggle Coffee on

Now try it out!

  • “What’s our average sales cycle by segment this quarter?”

  • “List stalled deals (no stage change in 30 days) and suggest next actions.”

  • “Rank my open deals by probability-weighted value.”
