Connect Coffee to Claude to interact with your CRM data using natural language. Once connected, you can ask questions like:

Before you get started
You'll need an active Coffee account and a paid Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).

The connector is available on the web, desktop, and mobile versions of Claude.

Steps to Connect MCP to Claude
βΉοΈ On a Claude Business plan, this step has to be completed by your workspace admin.
Go to Claude Desktop or visit https://claude.ai/
Go to Customize: Click Customize in the top left corner of the Claude interface.
Open Connectors In the left sidebar, select Connectors.
Click the + (plus) icon and select Add a custom connector
Enter the connector name - Coffee - and this URL:
https://mcp.prd.coffee.work/proxy/mcp
Connect to Coffee
Click Connect, then go through the OAuth authorization flow to link your Coffee account.Enable the Connector
Return to your Claude chat.
Click Search and Tools again and turn on the toggle next to your new Coffee connector.
Ask any questions to gain access to insights from Coffee within Claude

Troubleshooting
The OAuth login page didn't open after clicking Connect.
A popup blocker may be preventing the redirect.
Disable your popup blocker for Claude's domain, or try a different browser, then click Connect again.
The connector shows as added but isn't connecting.
Adding and connecting are separate steps.
Go back to Customize β Connectors, find Coffee in your list, and click Connect to complete the OAuth flow.
The Coffee connector isn't visible in Claude.
On Claude Business plans, connectors must be added by a workspace admin before individual members can see or use them.
