You can create people lists to organize your contacts and filter them by role, company size, or any other criteria you need.
There are two main ways to build a people list:
From Coffee’s Database
From an existing company list
1. Decide how you want to build your list
Go to People (left sidebar).
Click Build people list (top right).
In the dropdown at the top, choose whether you want to:
Build from Coffee’s Database, or
Build from a Company list (for example, all people working at companies in a specific list).
2. Define your filters
If you’re building from Coffee’s Database:
Apply filters such as job title or location.
Review and refine your filters to make sure the results match what you’re looking for.
If you’re building from a Company list:
Select the company list you want to use as a source.
Apply filters such as job title or location.
Review and refine your filters to make sure the results match what you’re looking for.
Coffee will then import people that also belong to that company list.
3. Select how many records you need
When you’re satisfied with your filters:
Click Build list.
Choose how many people you want to include (this will use your available credits).
Click Save list.
4. Review your list
Wait for the import to finalize.
Click View list to open the people list that was created for you.
✅ Your new people list will now appear:
When you hover over People in the left navigation.
At the top of your People page.
