There are three ways People and their information can be added to Coffee:
1) Via sync of Google calendar and email.
2) Manually via the "+" button.
3) CRM sync if you are connected to Hubspot or Salesforce.
Manually adding People into Coffee
To manually add a person/contact into Coffee , click on the Plus sign in the top right corner and select People. You will be prompted to enter in their email, first and last name, and Company name. Hit Save. If the Company does not exist, you will be prompted to enter in Company information as well.

If the Company does not exist in your system, you can add it at the same time.
βCoffee will provide an AI generated Summary of you new contact.
