Go to the Coffee Website
Click Login in the top right corner
ℹ️ All these steps are optional and can be modified after logging in.
Create Your Profile
We'll automatically populate your name and email address
Upload a profile photo or do that later in your Settings
Click Continue to proceed
Customize Your Workspace
We'll automatically populate your Company name and logo
Upload a logo or do that later in Admin Settings
Click Continue to proceed
Connect Your Google Workspace Account
Coffee will automatically create contacts and accounts from your external meetings and email exchanges, and attach emails and meetings to the corresponding records.
➡️ To connect Google during the onboarding, just click Connect and follow the authorization steps. Make sure to click "accept all" permissions.
Connect Your Video Conferencing Accounts
Google Meet and Teams
Coffee will automatically join Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings.
Zoom
Linking your Zoom account lets the Coffee note taker join Zoom meetings on your behalf without the need to admit Coffee to every meeting.
Like every step on this guide, it is optional and you can manage this on your settings later. ➡️ To connect Zoom during the onboarding, click Connect Zoom and follow the authorization steps.
