Getting Started with your Coffee Account

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you onboard into Coffee and get started smoothly.

➡️ Use this guide if you’re creating an account as an owner. If you were invited to join instead, follow this article.

Onboarding steps

  1. Access the website: Go to https://www.coffee.ai/ and click Login in the top right corner.


    ℹ️ All these steps are optional and can be modified after logging in.

  2. Create your profile: Confirm your name and email address. You can upload a profile photo now or update it later in Settings. Click Continue.

  3. Customize your workspace: Review your automatically populated company name and logo. You can upload a new logo now or later in Settings. Click Continue.

  4. Connect your accounts: Choose to connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. This allows Coffee to automatically sync contacts and meetings. Ensure you select "accept all" permissions to enable full syncing.

  5. Define your business: Select your industry to customize the platform's terminology to match your business needs.

  6. Invite your team: Enter your teammates' email addresses and assign them specific roles.

  7. How did you find us?: We'd love to know how you heard about Coffee.
