You can invite as many teammates as you need if you're on the Tall or Grande subscription plans.
ℹ️ Adding a team member updates your subscription.
When you add a new team member to your subscription, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current billing period, and then the full adjusted amount including that person afterwards.
To invite a teammate:
Hover over Admin (bottom left) and click Users.
Click Invite (top right).
Enter their email address and select their role.
Click Send invite.
You can remove a user or change their role at any time by clicking the three dots next to their last login.
Roles and permissions
Owner – Access to everything. The first person from your company who logs into Coffee becomes the Owner by default.
Admin – Access to all system features except billing.
Coffee Mate – Access to all core features but cannot access features under the Admin menu.
