Inviting your team to Coffee

Invite your team to Coffee and start collaborating in one place

You can invite as many teammates as you need.

To invite a teammate:

  1. Hover over Admin (bottom left) and click Users.

  2. Click Invite (top right).

  3. Enter their email address and select their role.

  4. Click Send invite.

You can remove a user or change their role at any time by clicking the three dots next to their last login.

Roles and permissions

  • Owner – Access to everything. The first person from your company who logs into Coffee becomes the Owner by default.

  • Admin – Full access to all system features except billing.

  • Coffee Mate – Can use Coffee but cannot access billing or create and remove users.
