Inviting your team to Coffee

Invite your team to Coffee and start collaborating in one place

You can invite as many teammates as you need if you're on the Tall or Grande subscription plans.

ℹ️ Adding a team member updates your subscription.

When you add a new team member to your subscription, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current billing period, and then the full adjusted amount including that person afterwards.

To invite a teammate:

  1. Hover over Admin (bottom left) and click Users.

  2. Click Invite (top right).

  3. Enter their email address and select their role.

  4. Click Send invite.

You can remove a user or change their role at any time by clicking the three dots next to their last login.

Roles and permissions

  • Owner – Access to everything. The first person from your company who logs into Coffee becomes the Owner by default.

  • Admin – Access to all system features except billing.

  • Coffee Mate – Access to all core features but cannot access features under the Admin menu.
