Overview
Roles define what each team member can see and do in Coffee.
There are three roles: Owner, Admin, and Coffee Mate.
Owner
Has full access to everything in the workspace.
The first user to create an account in a workspace is by default the owner, but you can have multiple owners.
Admin
Has access to everything except billing.
Coffee Mate
Has access to everything except the Workspace Settings section.
Cannot modify workspace settings, users, deal stages, or company-wide integrations.
💡 Tip: Only an Owner can change an Admin to an Owner.
