While you're in the Coffee app, click Help in the lower left corner to launch the Coffee Help Center. The Messenger Bot is the icon in the lower right corner.
We recommend starting with the bot by clicking the icon in the lower right and selecting "Ask a Question."
If you want to dive deeper, you can search or browse through all our help articles by selecting "Search for Help"
And if none of these work, you can select "Create a Ticket," or send us an email at [email protected].
