You can create static lists (manually selected) or dynamic lists (filter-based) to organize the way you view companies.
Static Lists
A static list is a list of companies you manually choose.
To create a static list:
Go to Companies
Select the companies you’d like to add
Click Actions (top right)
Select Add to list
✅ Your new list will now appear:
When you hover over Companies in the left hand nav
At the top of your Companies page
Dynamic Lists
A dynamic list is automatically updated based on filters.
For example, if you create a list with a filter for companies with more than 10k employees, any new company you add that has over 10k employees will appear in that list automatically.
To create a dynamic list:
Go to Companies
Click AI Filter (top left)
Type the filter(s) you want to apply and click search or hit enter
Check if the results match your filters
At the bottom right of the modal, click Save as list
Type the name and Save list
✅ Your dynamic list will now appear:
When you hover over your Companies tab
At the top of your Companies page
It will update automatically whenever a newly added company matches the filter
👉 Tip: Use static lists for fixed groups you want to track manually (e.g., named accounts) and dynamic lists for ongoing filters (e.g., companies by location, industry, or size).
