You can create static lists (manually selected) or dynamic lists (filter-based) to organize the way you view companies.
Static Lists
A static list is a list of people you manually choose.
To create a static list:
Go to People
Select the people youโd like to add
Click Actions (top right)
Select Add to list
โ Your new list will now appear:
When you hover over your People tab
At the top of your People page
Dynamic Lists
A dynamic list is automatically updated based on filters.
For example, if you create a list with a filter for people who work at X Company, any new person you add who works in that company will appear in that list automatically.
To create a dynamic list:
Go to People
Click AI Filter (top left)
Type the filter(s) you want to apply and click search or hit enter
Check if the results match your filters
At the bottom right of the modal, click Save as list
Type the name and Save list
โ Your dynamic list will now appear:
When you hover over your People tab
At the top of your People page
It will update automatically whenever a person matches the filter
๐ Tip: Use static lists for fixed groups you want to track manually (e.g., priority accounts) and dynamic lists for ongoing filters (e.g., people by company, location, or title).
