You can manage how deals are displayed in Coffee by switching between two different view types. Use the icons at the top right of the screen to swap between Grid and Kanban views.
Grid (Table) view
The Grid view displays all your deals in a structured table format, consistent with how you view Companies and People.
Select the Grid icon at the top right of your deals page.
View all deals, stages, and associated values in rows.

Kanban view
The Kanban view is a visual board used to track progress and move deals through different pipeline stages.
Select the Kanban icon at the top right of your deals page.
To change a deal stage: Click and hold a deal card, then drag it to your desired stage.
To edit deal information: Click on a Kanban card to open up the deal card and make edits.
Use the following tools to customize your board layout:
Move stages: Click and hold the bar at the top of a column to drag and drop the entire stage to a new position.
Adjust column width: Hover over the right side of any column header and drag the border to change the width.
Customize card fields: Control-click (or right-click) any deal card to open a pop-up menu. Check or uncheck fields to choose which information is displayed on the card.
Update stages: Click and hold a deal card to move it from one stage to another.
