Coffee takes snapshots of all your data changes so you can see exactly what changed over time.
How it works
The Compare tool analyzes the state of your deals between two points in time.
Default comparison: Coffee compares Today vs. one week ago by default.
Data limits: You can select any "From" date starting from when you first began creating or syncing deals to Coffee. You cannot select a date prior to your initial setup as snapshots only begin once deals are added or sync has begun with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
How to compare deals
Note: This feature is only available in the Table (Grid) view.
βLearn more about switching deal views.
Click Deals on the left sidebar.
Ensure you are in Table view, then click the Compare button in the top navigation bar.
Select the two dates you want to compare.
Click Compare to generate the results.
Looking at the results
Once the comparison is active, Coffee highlights changes in two ways:
Top line metrics: See the total change in overall pipeline value and deal counts at the top of the page.
Individual deal changes: Identify specific updates within rows, such as a deal moving to a new stage or an adjustment in deal amount.
Changes are color-coded for quick identification:
Green: Positive changes (e.g., deal value increased, moved to a later stage).
Red: Negative changes (e.g., deal value decreased, close date pushed out).
Yellow: Neutral changes (e.g., new activity, people).
