Coffee’s Zapier integration unlocks endless automation opportunities, connecting your sales data to thousands of business applications with no coding required.
Generate API Key inside Coffee
Go to your admin (bottom left) and select Integrations.
Select the Zapier integration.
Click Generate new API key and make sure to save it securely. You will need it later.
Configure App Connection in Zapier
Log into your Zapier Dashboard.
On the left sidebar, click App Connections.
Click Add connection (top right).
Search for Coffee, select it, and click Add connection.
Paste the API Key you created in Coffee, then click Yes, continue to Coffee.
Create and Test a Zap
From your Zapier Dashboard, click Create Zap.
Select Coffee as the trigger or action.
Choose the type of trigger:
Polling Trigger – runs periodically (e.g., every few minutes) to check for new data.
Instant Trigger – fires immediately when an event occurs in Coffee.
Configure your actions as needed.
Test your Zap to confirm the integration is working.
