Merging companies or contacts

You can merge company or person records to keep things organized

Merging companies

  1. Go to Companies on the left sidebar.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the companies you want to merge.

  3. At the top right, click Actions → Merge.

  4. Choose which record will take priority during the data merge.

    • This record will be kept as the primary record.

    • All other selected fields will be merged into it.

  5. Click Merge to confirm.

Merging people

  1. Go to People on the left sidebar.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the people you want to merge.

  3. At the top right, click Actions → Merge.

  4. Choose which record will take priority during the data merge.

    • This record will be kept as the primary record.

    • All other selected fields will be merged into it.

  5. Click Merge to confirm.

⚠️ Heads-up: Double-check the chosen primary record before merging—this action cannot be undone.
