There are three ways to add people to Coffee:
Automatic creation by syncing your CRM, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Manually adding them
Importing a CSV file
Adding people automatically
Syncing your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Select settings at the bottom left
Under Accounts click Connect next to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Continue with authorization steps inside your account
Click 'allow all' to grant permissions
Coffee will automatically create contacts and companies from the external people you meet with and email, and attach meetings and emails to them.

Syncing your CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot)
Select Settings at the bottom left and click Integrations
Next to Hubspot or Salesforce, click Connect
When redirected to your CRM, allow all permissions
Map all the required fields inside Coffee
Your CRM will start syncing and automatically sync account, contacts and deals. This initial sync might take a few hours. You will receive an email when it is complete.
Adding people manually
To manually add a contact into Coffee, follow these steps:
Click the + icon in the upper left and choose person, or go to People, and at the top right, select Add a person
You will be prompted to enter the email address and other information about the person
Click Save
Coffee will automatically enrich your data with additional information such as title, location, LinkedIn profile, and other relevant information
Adding people by importing a CSV file
If you have a list of people ready or you use a different CRM where you can export the data from, you can import your people all at once:
Prepare your CSV file with the people data. Your file must include a URL for each company the people belong to.

At the top right, select Actions β‘οΈ Import CSV
Upload your CSV file
Map the fields on your file to those in Coffee.
You can remove or ignore fields too.Preview the import to make sure the information looks right
Click Import
That's it! Coffee will import your data, and put it in a new list with the name of the CSV file, which you can edit.
