Every deal in Coffee is assigned to a specific team member to ensure clear accountability and tracking.
Assigning an owner when adding a new deal
When you create a deal manually, you are set as the owner by default, but you can change this immediately:
Click to add a new deal.
In the modal that opens, locate the Owner field.
Click the dropdown menu and select the team member who should own the deal.
Complete the rest of the deal details and save.
Changing the owner of an existing deal
You can reassign deals at any time from the main deals list:
Go to Deals on the left sidebar.
Ensure you are in the Table view and locate the Owner column.
Click on the name of the current owner for the deal you wish to change.
Select the new owner from the dropdown list.
