Updated over a week ago

You can customize your task view to focus on specific deadlines, owners, or task statuses.

Sorting tasks

Use the sort options to reorder your list based on specific criteria.

  1. Locate the Sort menu at the top of your task list.

  2. Select one of the following criteria:

    • Due date

    • Priority

    • Owner

  3. Click the criteria again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Filtering by status

By default, Coffee displays Open tasks. When you mark a task as complete, it is hidden from the main view.

  1. Navigate to the Status Filter at the top right of the screen.

  2. Select from the following views:

    • Open: Shows only active, incomplete tasks.

    • Closed: Shows only completed tasks.

    • All: Shows both active and completed tasks in a single list.

Managing task sections

Tasks are automatically grouped into time-based sections: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This week, and Later.

  1. Click the arrow icon next to a section header to collapse it and hide those tasks.

  2. Click the header again to expand the section.
