Adding multiple Deal pipelines

Create and manage multiple deal pipelines in Coffee to organize different customer processes

To add additional pipelines to Coffee:

  1. Hover over Admin (bottom left) and click Deal Settings

  2. On the left sidebar, click Pipelines and stages

  3. Open the Deals Pipeline dropdown

  4. Click New Pipeline

  5. Enter a name and click Continue

  6. Add your deal stages, probabilities, and colors

  7. Click Create Pipeline

That’s it! Your new pipeline will now be available when creating or managing deals.

Manage your Deals pipelines

You can update how pipelines behave, rename them, or delete them at any time.


Include or exclude a pipeline from forecasts

  1. Go to Admin → Deal Settings → Pipelines and stages

  2. Open the Deals Pipeline dropdown

  3. Find the pipeline you want to manage

  4. Toggle Include in forecast on or off

When turned off, deals in this pipeline won’t be included in forecast calculations.

Edit a pipeline name

  1. Go to Admin → Deal Settings → Pipelines and stages

  2. Open the Deals Pipeline dropdown

  3. Hover over the pipeline you want to edit

  4. Click the pencil icon

  5. Update the name and save


Delete a pipeline

  1. Go to Admin → Deal Settings → Pipelines and stages

  2. Open the Deals Pipeline dropdown

  3. Hover over the pipeline you want to delete

  4. Click the bin icon

  5. Select Delete to confirm

⚠️ Deleting a pipeline is permanent. Make sure you no longer need the deals in that pipeline before deleting it.
