If you don’t want to delete all your data but wish to stop your paid subscription, you can choose to cancel instead. 👉 How to cancel your Coffee account
If you proceed, your workspace will be immediately disabled and all related data will be permanently deleted in 30 days. This also disables recording meetings, automated workflows, and syncing between external services. Any ongoing subscription will be canceled automatically.
How to delete your workspace
Go to Settings.
Click on Account.
Scroll to the bottom to find the Danger Zone.
Click Delete workspace.
When prompted, type your workspace name exactly as shown to confirm.
Click Delete.
