Emails are synced to Coffee from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
Emails exchanged with everyone in a company:
On the left sidebar, go to Companies
Click on the company name
Go to the Emails tab to see all emails exchanged with people from that company
Click on any email to view more details
By default, you will only see the emails you were included in.
👉 This helps you track all communication history with a company without leaving Coffee.
Emails exchanged with a person:
On the left sidebar, go to People.
Click on the person’s name.
Go to the Emails section to see all emails exchanged with that person.
By default, you will only see the emails you were included in.
ℹ️ You can drill down on any of the emails to view more detail.
By clicking under the name of the email, you can also see more details about the people participating in the email.
