Setting up your Coffee Account (member)

Learn how to set up your Coffee profile as a member and sync your accounts for automatic contact and meeting updates.

About workspaces in Coffee

You can create your own workspace or join a company workspace by invitation.

If you need both, the best option right now is to:

  1. Create your own workspace first, and

  2. Then accept an invite to join another company workspace.

This allows you to have access to both workspaces under the same Coffee account.

๐Ÿš€ Coming soon: Youโ€™ll be able to add a secondary workspace directly to your Coffee account, without needing this workaround.

Onboarding steps

All onboarding steps are optional and you can modify them later in your settings.

  1. Access the website
    Go to coffee.ai and click Login in the top right corner.

  2. Create your profile
    Confirm your name and email address. You can upload a profile photo now or add one later in Settings. Click Continue.

  3. Connect your accounts
    Choose to connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. This allows Coffee to sync your contacts and meetings automatically.
    Ensure you select accept all permissions during the connection process to enable full syncing functionality.
