Visibility settings
By default, Coffee keeps your data private to ensure sensitive information is protected.
Default visibility settings
Email and calendar: Visible only to participants.
Notes and recordings: Visible only to attendees.
Tasks: Visible only to the assignee.
Update visibility for your workspace
You can update these settings to make information accessible to everyone in your workspace.
Click on Settings.
Select Privacy.
Locate the setting you wish to change and select Everyone in workspace from the dropdown menu.
Excluded email addresses
You can prevent specific interactions from being imported into Coffee by adding them to your excluded list.
Navigate to the Excluded Email Addresses section within your Privacy settings.
Add the email addresses you wish to block.
Once added, emails and calendar events involving these addresses will no longer be imported into Coffee.
