If you want to use Gong as your Coffee call recorder, we make that easy to do.
👉 Switching back to Coffee recorders:
If you use Gong as your primary recorder, you cannot switch back to using Coffee's native recorders unless you first disconnect your current integration.
How to integrate your recorder
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select Integrations.
Use the search bar to find Gong and select it.
Click Connect.
Follow the authorization prompts to complete the setup.
Once integrated, your company recording tool will be established as your default and only call recorder.
