You can use the favorites feature to bookmark essential records and AI conversations for quick access. This article explains how to add items to your favorites and where to find them.
Items you can favorite
You can add the following items to your favorites list:
People
Companies
Deals
Prompts you have asked Coffee AI
Add a person, company, or deal to favorites
Open the specific record you want to save.
Locate the name at the top of the page.
Click the star icon next to the name to add the record to your favorites.

Find the specific answer you want to save.
Click the star icon located at the bottom of the conversation block.
Access your favorites
You can view all saved items at any time by clicking the Favorites tab in the sidebar.
