In Coffee, you can send emails to a single person or to multiple people. To send emails to multiple people at once, visit [Sending emails to multiple recipients].
To send an email to an individual, use one of the methods below:
Send from a past meeting
Coffee automatically drafts emails based on your meeting discussions.
Open any past meeting in your Today page or meetings tab on the left.
Locate the email draft generated by Coffee.
Click to open the draft.
Edit the text as needed and click Send email.
Send from a person's drill-down card or record
You can start a new email at any time, without going through a past meeting.
Open a person's drill-down card or their person record.
Click their email address. The email composer opens.
You can also start an email from the record's menu:
Open the person's record.
Click the three dots icon next to their name.
Select Send email from the dropdown menu.
Using the email composer
The composer includes:
To: Pre-filled with the recipient's name and email address.
Cc and Bcc: Click Cc or Bcc to reveal a field and add additional recipients.
Subject and Message: Write your own message, or choose a saved template from the dropdown if you have any available.
Attach: Click Attach to add a file to your email.
Once you enter a subject and message, two more options become available:
Save Draft: Store the email without sending it, so you can finish it later.
Save as Template: Save your message as a reusable template. It's added to your Coffee templates, where it appears in the template dropdown the next time you compose an email — for this composer and for bulk emails.
You can also click Open in Google Workspace at any time if your Google account is connected to Coffee, to continue formatting and send the email from Gmail instead.
